The Latin-Iberoamerican Conference on Operations Research (CLAIO) is the flagship conference of the Association of Latin-Iberoamerican Operational Research Societies (ALIO). Since 1982, it has been held biennially in different Latin American cities. The main objectives of CLAIO are to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences, strengthen ties between researchers and practitioners in the region, and support the professional development of undergraduate and graduate students.

The XXIII edition of CLAIO will be organized by ASOCIO, the Colombian Association of Operations Research, and hosted by Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, from November 23 to November 26, 2026.

In 2026, CLAIO will be held jointly with the 6th edition of the ASOCIO Conference, which also takes place biennially. This joint event will bring together a wide community of researchers, professionals, and students from across Latin America and beyond, providing a unique opportunity to share cutting-edge advances in Operations Research and related areas.
